Unique tactic: My left hand's pointer finger covers the "L" button

My Past Video Game Experience:
I started out as a humble programmer on the VIC20 at a ripe age of 5! I just copied out of the book and realized the errors on the computer saying syntax error wherever was where I should check what's there compared to what's on the screen. That's where I got the comparison to what I do in every game I play and get good at. I find the error and compare it to what's correct and change what I do to what's correct all the time. Basically I programmed before I could read! Anyway I started my glory days by recording an almost world record on Defender at age 10 with like 228,000 points making it to level 13. I always knew I was good, but never showed my true talents in games til an older age. I played through the nintendo 8-bit time period passing around 30+ games. I was a master at Super Mario Bros 2, Nes Golf, and my favorite Baseball Stars! I never really had a challenge until square and nintendo shared in Final Fantasy 1. By using a 2 Fighter 1 Black Belt and 1 Red Mage party, I beat it in 21 days. I only played it a little, so that's acounted for the days. Also I was done doing everything but Chaos at level 19. (for all you Squareheads out there, you know not to even attempt this until level 30) I beat him after I got smart and built up to 33! Well the SNES time kind of went by me cause I never bought one. I still got to play it. I recorded passes on Super Mario World, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, and of coarse Super Mario Kart!

My First Karting Experience:
My friend Tyler Stobbe from the same city was in one of my classes and was telling me about Chrono Trigger coming out and how Awsome Super Mario Kart was and how I should come over and play them. well at first I didn't cause I was still thinking of his old years when he was friends with someone else I disliked and that caused friction and we kinda quit talking. To make a long story shorter, but not much shorter, I gave in and started playing the game and was really blowing too. I couldn't believe how bad I was at driving the karts and how handly Tyler was beating me with Mario. Well I read in the manual that DK is the fastest, so I started using him. Slowly but surely, I got better. My first race I ever beat him in was Koopa Beach 1. Eventually It spread to all Ghost Valley and all super speedways. By spring we were equalls and my ritual was to play him everyday after 5th period during my free time after school! We got SO good at the game, that I had to purposely sabitage his races by racing backwards or some other low thing to keep him from scoring on the 150cc when I screwed up. He didn't stoop to that usually, but always managed to slow down in front of me with a star, or aim red shells perfectly. Well that's were that ended........

Then There Was Kart 64:
I heard about the game and was instantly excited! I had to get it. I payed 200 for the system, 60 for 2 controllers (one being my retired sharky 1!) and 20 for a game pak even before I even owned a game. I reserved it for Feb.12th at Toys 'R' Us! I didn't end up getting it til the 13th. Anyway my first goal was to beat the game totally before I start time trials! All golds and stuff. So I used like 5 or 6 different people and of course myself to get through the game the first time. After that I did time trials, and my first goal was to get down the rocket start in time trials. Everyone knows that it's faster in time trials cause of the lag being away. Then it was the powersliding I was getting down. (miniturbo slowly followed) I made it my goal to get the best Luigi Raceway time possible. I had like a 1'52 somewhere in late feb, and I thought I was doing good Until a Salam Salhani got 1'48 on Jake Spirek's site. I was pissed.. so I got a 1'46. I Then Salam returned the favor by getting a 1'45. Boy! Aggrevating huh! I eventually passed this guy in this track and started my marry adventure on the rest. I used DK since he was who I needed in Kart for SNES until my bro which hardly ever plays the game suggested I use someone else. I didn't for awhile but when I did, I got like low 1'43's on Luigi Raceway, so from then on, I used lightweights. I had 1'22 on Moo Moo under 2 minutes in Banshee and many other great records by early march! I thought it was time to pat myself on the back well this is where I get my monkey shocked real bad!

My Struggles:
My friend found a site (Chuck T's) with a guy named Gregg Gorczowski that had 14/16 records possible. When he told me over the phone, I almost freaked! I thought he had to be lying. 1'53 on banshee! 25"14 Lap on Moo Moo! 2'35"?? on Royal.... and the times keep going on! I didn't know what to think... Remember guys this is like March 10th or something when I found these, so I was totally amazed by his consistant times. That's when I knew I was going up against a true player of the game. I played more than ever to beat his records and get a piece of the championship pie.. and after March I did =) It's my turn now!

My Rise To Fame:
April was a month were I spend every waking day bragging to my friend about how great I am and how I will never be beat cause I'm that good and always improve my times. During this period I got Mind shattering times like a 2'35"13 on Toads Turnpike. I also got a 3'55"00 on Rainbow which I have never beat since April 2nd! and probably won't be until I find a better shortcut! I was the best and enjoyed a majority lead most of the month! (8 or more out of 16) People like Jim Quinn would steal a record or two, but noone could compete with me. Many tried, all failed and were too spread out on their track times to even touch what I was accomplishing. Well looks like the light will continue to shine on me =) FOREVER

The Battle For Supremecy:
I started noticing my Records falling from 8 to 6 to 4 to 3. Well I wasn't worried, since I knew I could just improve and it would be fine right? Well At April 18th or around there it was a 3 way tie for 2nd with David Wonn, Jim Quinn, and Andy Launspach. Basically Andy was stealing my great times in Kalimari and other places to get his records. I took them back and ended his threat and solidified my week award. Well times got worse and Andy eventually stole my records back and never looked back when he took my crown away from me. Sad enough I cound never prove I was the champ, since I never submitted my times until it was too late =(

The New Era:
Well this is where the 2 Jason's started getting really good and I was having a ball competing against them! I submitted my times to Andy the first instant I got AOL. I also made his site my globe site since he updated constantly. He freaked when he saw my rainbow time and asked me to send a tape. I did and from then on we have been good friends over the internet, and the Fearsome 4 (Andy, Jason E. Jason W. and myself) always stayed in contact.

My Future Goals:
Well beating Andy would be nice, but that's a pipe dream at the moment. Solidifying 2nd would be nice. Well I would like to get a national competition going for all the best karters or anyone who can play competitively. I also would like to have all the elite players on a chat room at least once a week and start an awsome club, but for now Mr. Turok and myself are going to design this page as best as we can, so fell free to drop your times here. You don't have to make a big past of yourself like this, but if you want, I will put it on your own page!

Well here are my Personal Records To Beat. Some of them are really good and are even World Records, so Good Luck! =) And keep sending times to me and the best site there is---- Andy's Kart 64 100cc Time Trial Records

My next section is my world rankings by who's the man however many times. (WR Indicator Scale! I break ties by 1. Number of complete records (both 3-lap and 1-lap in same course) 2. Best 3-lap time 3. Best 1-lap time 4. First Person to get time

Every 1-lap or 3-lap achievement you saw above nets you 1/2 point.... so having both a 3-lap and a 1-lap record would net you 1 point.. with 16 courses that's 16 points. There is only 10 proven shortcuts to my knowlege, and in those courses, there is a total of 10 points possible for now! Overall 26 points can be earned on the WR indicator scale....

If you understood all of that, then I have to applaud, cause I was very confusing.... If you still don't get it, then enjoy the standings, and know if your not where you think you should be, go out and set some WORLD RECORDS and see where you are next time! Good Luck!
